Orthopedic Medical Massage
A comprehensive and multidisiplinary treatment that is an effective long-term solution for injury and chronic pain. Orthopedic Massage addresses chronically tense muscles, knots (adhesions), and increases range of motion of restricted tissues.
Myofasical Release Therapy
A technique that works the fascia, a layer of connective tissue between the skin and muscle layer. MFR is an extremely effective hands-on technique that works by applying gentle, sustained pressure to eliminate pain and restore flexibility and motion to the connective tissue. Fascial massage improves tissue health and range of motion.
Also called Trigger Point Myotherapy is recognized by the American Academy of Pain Management as an effective treatment for back pain caused by soft tissue injury (such as muscle strain). This type of therapy consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle spasm to release microfibrils within the muscle, resulting in increase in blood flow and oxygen to the tissues.
Pre-Natal (Pregnancy) Massage
This therapy can reduce anxiety, relieve muscle aches, and improve labor. Swelling of joints, hormone fluctuations, and back pain can be reduced with prenatal massage techniques.

Deep Tissue and Sports Massage

Although similar to traditional massage the pressure is intensified to reach deep within the muscle to relieve tension and knots (adhesions).
Swedish Massage Therapy
This is a relaxing, therapeutic massage that stimulates the circulatory, skin and nervous systems to help relieve stress and reduce tension. Swedish massage is the most common form of massage and uses firm but gentle pressure to ease muscle tension, improve flexibility and circulation, and create a relaxing experience.
